Vivian was absolutely outstanding, I am new to DSERS and she went out of her way to show me solutions to my questions step by step through messenger, and even offered to do it for me. I do not think I have ever had this great of customer support from any company in my lifetime. I think Vivian should get a raise, If she doesn't get a raise, I am going to buy DSERS when my store blows up and i get the funds and I will give her a raise myself!
