I have been using this app for almost 30 days, The customer support they are providing is appreciative. They are still improving some missing features time to time. They still need to improve few things like:- *Customer should have option to send campaign instead of contacting their support team every time to add extra buttons. *GIF option should be added in the campaign. *They only take data from shopify triggers, if customer is using different app for checkout they can't track it and still sends whatsapp abandoned checkout messages to the customer who successfully placed the order.
