April has been awesome every time I had issues or questions, she is helpful and patient with me. After using the app for over 1 year now, there are a few updates I would like to see to streamline some of the functions.

So far I have nothing to complain about, the support staff are very attentive, and I am very grateful to Agnes who was very kind in informing me about what I needed.
