I ask her to do some testing on my behalf on her end to make sure everything working on the customer side. She do it straight away, and answered all my questions. Exactly what I was looking for! And boy, did I try a load of Chat apps. Service is amazing too! Had an issue with setting up translations but Hana came to the rescue. 5 minutes and everything was running smoothly. The cost is also very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend.
