I experienced an error code while installing the app, in doing so. i was immediately sent to the chat box and helped by Prakash. within minutes it was resolved and i was able to move on!

This app can save a lot of time. I hope everyone can use it. Special thanks to the customer service Hana, who helped me solve many problems.

Disappointing, - only one user at a time, no logout option, no " after shop hours" customer messaging . Not a good option for a large e-commerce business.

This program is really simple and useful and is highly recommended. When I had some problematic glitches, by contacting the software developers for help, they were very responsive and I was impressed by a technician called Hana who quickly made my problem solved.

This app works perfectly for my store. I like the app set up in the admin. Very responsive support. I had a small issue and Customer Service Rep Mia and Technician Nikita, fixed it promptly.

This is a beautiful app that's easy to use and has an excellent support team to boot. I got help via email from Lydia and via live chat from Linda. Both were very quick to respond — any issues I had were resolved within the day. I'm using this in conjunction with Shopify Inbox. If their live chat feature gets developed further, I might switch over to just using this. Great app overall. Would highly recommend!

Not only is this software free, but its customer service is very good, especially Hana's response is very timely, and there are many customization options. I highly recommend using this software.
