Bon Loyalty rewards is an excellent app. The staff is so helpful with support and making changes that are needed. My support team Anna and Maxxie made changing my sending email address easy and quick! I recommend this app to everyone! If you are on the border line of whether or not to try them I say jump on it now! It is worth it!

So far I can't say much about this app, I've only tried to set it up properly. When I had some questions, the customer support was very helpful. My customers love the ability to earn rewards for their purchases. I recently ran into the first issue I've had with the app after a year when I integrated my shopify store with my tiktok shop. I contacted customer support and while unable to immediately resolve the issue, Anna's attention to detail and desire to understand what was going on, left me feeling like there would be a resolution to the problem soon. I recommend this app.
