We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Cons: 1. There is no feature to search using a keyword in the chats. This feature could help a lot. 2. Template block is required before sending CSAT. Based on experience, the hit rate is very less due to this block. Direct CSAT is what can drive the Hit rate and capture customer feedbacks. Same applies to NPS as well. Pros: 1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp 2. The whatsapp failure rate seems higher on BiK than other apps, and the campaigns were not set up properly, it kept failing. While the idea of having all modes together is useful like whatsapp, email and Instagram — my experience was not good with BiK.
