App has great features and helpdesk always responds quickly, very service-minded! The only minor issue is that it cannot be combined with add-ons that come with a price (then the price of the add-on just isn't calculated.

The Price List app is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to manage and easy to setup. I needed a little help with integration with my theme, but Emma at support and the development team were able to get me up and going in about 12 hours. All follow up questions have been responded to very timely.

The support team is excellent, consistently providing prompt and effective assistance with a friendly and professional attitude.

Just start to use this app but have to say that the support is quite efficient, within half an hour the issue was located and with a few hours it was already fixed. Moreover the support from Jolie was also quite helpful, she is patient and very cooperative.

Great app, especially the customized registration form to KYC your customers right at the beginning, notifications whenever new customers register, and special discounts for tagged customers... These features are necessary for a B2B solution platform.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND UNRESOLVED BILLING ISSUES I am extremely dissatisfied with the BSS: B2B/Wholesale Solution app and its handling of billing disputes. Despite the app's pricing page stating that usage on a Shopify Development Store is free, I was charged $200+. When I reached out to the app developer, they stated Plus stores were exempt from the free option (which is not stated on their pricing) and initially claimed that Shopify was responsible for issuing refunds. However, after clarifying with a Shopify Expert, the app company admitted they were responsible but still refused to refund the charge. To make matters worse, I was charged again for another $200+. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, the app developer has refused to issue a refund, falsely asserting that the charges are correct. Their app page fails to mention any exemptions from the free plan on development sites, which is highly misleading. We were very interested in implementing the app on our live site but they were unwilling to work with us in regards to these fraudulent charges on our demo site. These deceptive business practices are unacceptable and have resulted in unnecessary charges and frustration. I urge others to be cautious when considering this app, as the developer's actions have been both fraudulent and unprofessional. Shopify should take immediate action to address this app and ensure that other users do not face similar problems.

The app is fantastic and works exactly as advertised. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional support team (especially Emma). They resolved a theme integration issue very quickly and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Their responsiveness and dedication are top-notch. The app is an excellent tool, especially for B2B purposes, offering features similar to Shopify Plus but at a more affordable rate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive solution!

We recommend this app. They were some compatibility issues with our custom code but the support answer and solve things pretty quick and the app does the job. We put 4 stars because the app don't allow the uses of shopify custom codes which we needed.

The app itself and the support are excellent. The team installed it, fixed problems and helped me set it up. Jena and Joy in particular helped me a lot. But I think there were others on the team. Many thanks to all of them. If anyone has any doubts about using the app, I can only recommend it.
