The app is very useful, you can basically export all your shopify products to Amazon using templates that are very accurate. In case you get fed up by Amazon's overly specific expectations and regulations, they also have a support team that can help you comply with their terms.

Mediocre app functionality. Terrible support when asked for help. We had 4 active subscriptions for different stores at one time. We will switch them all back to Sellbrite. Mainly for incompetent support. Tried to charge us 299€ for a fix that was not required. For something that should definitely be part of their service. Will move away and never come back. We do not recommend CedCommerce. Use a different App to sync to Amazon fellow store owners.

Great customer support. I had a connection issue they always helped quickly and efficiently, the app is also working well.

I was pretty excited to try a new Amazon API app. This one seemed more robust and solid than other. However, with Amazon's new API Update, mapping meta fields is almost required for anything with a Variant. For examples I sell posters with a size. A typical Size options is 11" x 14", but this no longer works for Amazon and you have to map two separate fields for Length and Width. You either needs to pay $99 a month or a one time fee of $500 for a very basic option thats is now basically required.
