Support is incredible. We hopped on a quick google meet and answered my concerns very quickly and efficiently!

I am new to using these systems in order to upload products to Amazon, therefore I have required some support (quite extensively!) in order to master this. The team at CED Commerce have been very supportive and patient with me during this process and this is really appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This application and developers are filled with crooks and scammers. The app was not able to be used with AMAZON as promised. After discussing with their support team they informed me that it would not work which is fine... Several months down the road I was still getting charged for this APPLICATION unknowingly. Contacted support and they OFFERED a full refund. Fast forward after offering and supposedly approving the refund they then said they were not going to offer the refund as stated. SCAMMERS CROOKS LIARS AND THEIFS. Reporting to the BBB, My CC company and also SHOPIFY.

CED commerce always provide excellent customer service. I like the app, I just wish the mapping was easier.

Excellent app for connecting Amazon and Shopify! The integration works smoothly — product listings, inventory, and orders all sync perfectly between both platforms. It has saved us so much time managing multichannel sales. The CedCommerce team is always responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. All the good reviews you see are bought!!! They offer a discount on their services if you write them a good review! Out of 1200 products only 1 integrated. The support available 24/7 to sell you an $8,000 package to upload your products to amazon. In the 2 hour zoom meeting, they aggressively tried to sell their service for the upload and Amazon ads. I kept repeatedly saying that we do not have a single product listed yet, and they kept on pushing to buy their ad services, really off-putting and aggressive! After I hired another company to help with the product sync. The orders started coming in through ced commerce app with "paid value" as if captured on shopify, although payment was on Amazon! This means in the end of the year on your tax report you'll have to pay for amazon sales revenue twice, once on Amazon and once on shopify, unless you go and dig out these sales one by one out of shopify report! I asked ced commerce about this issue several times, and they have not replied!

Raju Sah was exceptionally helpful. I initially purchased LitCommerce but soon discovered its major limitation—it couldn’t automatically send essential order fulfilment data to Amazon, such as shipping provider, dispatch date, time, and tracking number. Without this functionality, every order required 100% manual input, which completely defeated the purpose of using an automation tool. After some research, I found that CEDCommerce offered the full automation I was looking for. I first hired a freelancer to set it up, but unfortunately, he made several errors. I then contacted CEDCommerce directly, and Raju stepped in to help. He quickly fixed everything, showed genuine interest, was highly proactive, and provided consistent follow-up throughout and after the setup process. Highly recommended — excellent support and a truly professional team!

I downloaded this app as i believed it would help with starting to list our products on amazon when i installed the app it kept telling me to choose a payment plan (none of which had a 7 day trial which is the norm on shopify) i chose the cheapest one i could so that i could test the app out Quickly realising the app wouldnt work for me, i contacted customer service with some questions and asked for a refund as the app wasnt suitable for our products Customer service, instead of advising me on how to use the app, told me to uninstall it and they dont do refunds but would give me a credit to use if i wanted to use the app in the future Baring in mind that i had the app installed for less than a couple of hours before reaching out to the customer service, and less than 24 hours before uninstalling it Waste of time and money

Fanstatic support and guidance was able to finally understand the basic in opening and linking my store and products to Amazon.

With difficulty navigating the Amazon listing world, the CedCommerce app is a bridge to help carry information from Shopify to Amazon listing - checking all the compliance rule boxes required, and syncing of product details and inventory so as to reduce a lot of the manual work that would be required. Our dedicated Account Manager Divyam is the perfect guide whilst we navigate and understand Amazon listings, and is always so quick to respond to my queries, and answers them perfectly. We are looking to have CedCommerce support our Ads Management, optimisation & A+ content on listings which is a great service to have for our small business.

Just swapped over to this App for Shopify and it has been really easy to use. Most other Apps are clunky and not so automated. This App has made my life a lot easier. I would highly recommend CEDCommerce for any integrations.

I received very good and fast support when I was having issues getting the Shopify to load the NON-Amazon items. With in one hour I got an email and a phone call was et up and they walked me through the process. Very happy with the help I got.

I've been a customer of CedCommerce for the past three months. I initially reached out to ask for help to load my products onto Amazon's Seller Central, because that process is incredibly difficult for someone new to the process. From the beginning, I had an outstanding team. I was invited to a call where the team wanted to understand my goals, and from there helped me fine tune which products to list. They expertly guided me through the process to be GTIN exempt, and what was needed for that to go through. Once that was done, we regrouped and my products were loaded. I'm working with the team now on building out my Amazon store front and am upgrading product descriptions, photos, and more to make my store stand out from others. Every person with whom I have worked has been professional, very nice to speak with, knowledgeable, and worked to guide me through the steps very quickly and also very clearly. Great app and extremely knowledgeable and quick product support. The team in very responsive - they reached out to me to help setup and answer question once I enrolled to help me setting up and have helped resolved issues/answer questions quickly ongoing. Very helpful to move from Shopify to Amazon! Vishal has been great.

Top notch support. The app is pretty technical and requires some patience to learn, but the support team is extremely responsive and almost always available on the live chat. Without the support team it is hard to manage. With the support team it is a 5 star app

With the new application change, there was much better customer service. Onboarding was seamless, and the team was helpful in clearing up all doubts. Connector is properly communicating.

Great solution for linking seller's shopify accounts to their Amazon Seller Central account. Specifically image, inventory and pricing updates. While the linking process is not always intuitive, the cedcommerce support team is really helpful and even got on a call to walk me through the steps to solve my issue.
