For two weeks we have been trying to pay our affiliates but the PayPal payments fail and leave no trace of why. This worked great until this month, now we have a bunch of pissed off affiliates and have lost faith in this app.

I was referred to Shopify by another person who sells a TRUE golf product that really works. Shopify is a game changer for products, like the Putting Alley, that need a bit of explanation by professional golfers who understand the value proposition. The UpPromote affiliate program works in close tandem with the Shopify website. Online UpPromote help is always available (thank you Tanie) in what seems to be a one-on-one basis. Another day, another chat. I also use ChatGPT to get questions answered; however, it's not always up to date. That's when I turn to the chat team (Mina in this case), and she answered my questions that CGPT couldn't. It's a nice teamwork play.
