The help you receive in the onboarding process is priceless, the team is open to help with everything and dedicate time to explain step by step. Well Zoko team is quite knowledgeable and friendly. The automation flows were quite easy to build and the setup UI is quite user friendly too. Only reason to not continue is low delivery rate of marketing messages and no call recording offered. I might want to switch back to them as soon as they offer more channels integration like email and syncing other whatsapp too.
