Excellent and efficient support. I was very well attended to by Victor who promptly resolved my problem and helped me configure it.

The app works fine, but support is hit-or-miss. When it’s good (like when they helped me tweak my cart recovery message), it’s great. But sometimes, replies are delayed. Still, it’s better than other tools I’ve tried.

Great app, but took me a day to link my WhatsApp Business account (Meta’s rules, not the app’s fault). Once set up, it worked like magic! No complaints!
