We've worked with multiple WhatsApp CRM's and finally landed on Zoko. It's been quite easy and straight-forward to use. We're also extremely impressed by their prompt customer service, which played a huge part in leading us to continue using Zoko. While there is a reply-to-message feature on Zoko, it doesn't show up as a reply for the client but more like a new message with their text copied on it. Although, I understand that Meta restricts a lot of features to be completely identical to WhatsApp. One suggestion I would also give is to incorporate the reacting feature to messages through Zoko, and also be able to see what reactions customers are leaving on our messages. Would be nice to have it mirror WhatsApp's features as closely as possible. But definitely it's the best, most convenient WhatsApp CRM we've used so far!

We use Zoko for WhatsApp campaigns in Kazakhstan. Here it’s very difficult to work with Meta and Google due to regional restrictions, but Zoko filled this gap perfectly and helped us. Now we can easily send campaigns and reply to them through the WhatsApp API set up by Zoko. In the future, we plan to connect Instagram and try out chatbots as well. Zoko is my wings. Fantastic product, its the face of my brand. Immediate customer support thru brilliant AI. Takes care of placing new orders, reducing RTO/fake orders, answering customers queries as far as possible that too multi lingual and escalates only important cases. Certainly it is a must for all e-commerce brands. Zoko is a perfect ROI tool. Great experience so far. We have automated much of our ecommerce customer fronts like order confirmations, catalogue orders, and abandoned checkouts with their flows feature. Zoko has not just helped us to work with a lower headcount but at the same time it has increased our customer response time and overall customer buying experience / journey. Excellent App for WhatsApp Sales & Automation We've had a great experience using Zoko so far. It has helped us confirm more orders, especially on WhatsApp, and made the order confirmation process much easier for our customers. The automation tools have saved us time, improved our response rates, and significantly boosted overall engagement. We particularly appreciate the flexibility of the custom workflows — they’re powerful and allow us to adapt the platform to suit our specific operational needs. The Zoko support team has also been consistently helpful and responsive. The only issue we encountered was with inventory syncing — around half of our in-stock products on the website appeared as out of stock on the WhatsApp platform. This made integration a bit of a challenge initially. However, aside from that, everything has worked smoothly. Highly recommended for businesses looking to streamline WhatsApp communication and improve sales conversions.

Zoko has absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our customer service has improved tenfold and we are seeing a much higher ROAS compared to our email marketing.
