I'm satisfied by the support Zoko has provided for setting up the account and the business logics (Mr. Nishant from the Team was really patient to understand our requirement and implement). From a technical standpoint, we have identified some gaps in system which the team has committed to take care in future releases. Overall, good experience and would recommend ZOKO. I have tried multiple platforms but ZOKO's support is best in the market.

I got this app after trying a few others that didn’t work for me and were quite difficult to use. The team reached out to me right away to find out my needs, they trained me on how to use the app, and have been on standby any time I’ve needed assistance. I’ve been able to automate all WhatsApp messages to customers- when they place an order, when their order is fulfilled and marketing messages as well. very use full to automate, im happy im using it but i have problems with info updating one phone app and some flows go crazy every now and then by them self, but the team always help me fix the i would really aprecciate having team support on my country time zone as in introduccion for thes problems. stil i recomend the app
