Users can't add reviews now. It was working perfectly earlier. A month ago, I faced this issue and reached out to the team — they said it was fixed, but it's still not working properly. If users can't leave reviews, how can our business attract new customers?

A few hiccups at the start but the customer service, their response and help to work things out is phenomenal! Very good, very helpful. I'm glad I chose this app for our reviews.
