Customer support is most helpful. And I like how the app widget for reviews shows up on the product page in clear sight. Also, it is easy for customers to see the "Write a review" option on the product page. It's so easy! This encourages them to write a review.

Support is top-tier. The only feature the app is missing is being able to integrate with Klaviyo to send the review requests, or some kind of direct link to review a product.
