Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

This app is riddled with bugs. Every time I reach out to customer service, their default response is "you're wrong," regardless of the issue.

After their update there all our reviews were deleted and were not displaying on the store. We noticed significant drop in sales and found this problem on the page. Unfortunately their support is not answering...

one of the best customer support and expertise in shopify. they have fixed my bugs within 30 minutes where my theme is compeltely customised one, So it is not easy to find in which file my dev has put codes beacuse I have 2-3 product liquid files. I added this app since it says it's compatible with my store. This particular store is the $5 starter plan as it's only used for shipping a few products, my other store is for local pick up & delivery. This was just the most economical and user friendly way to set up my stores. Even though this app claims to be compatible with the starter plan, the widgets will not add. When I asked customer service I was informed that the review widget is not compatible with the starter plan and I need to upgrade. So I guess I'll look for a different app.

The masonry style review widget is perfect for my website. Amazon review import was a gamechanger. Dan and Elle were great. Promptly attended to all my queries. Highly Recommended.
