Cette App a quelques points forts (l'intégration) est propre mais comme la plupart des autres que j'ai testées, il manque des fonctions importantes. Impossible de sélectionner le nombre d'avis que l'on souhaite si on ne choisit des reviews que de certains pays. Si au contraire on chsit d'importer une quantité d'avis précise, impossible de choir le ou les pays. Dans ce cas, il faut importer 500 ou 1000 avis et supprimer. Fastidieux et chronophage. Il doit y avoir mieux, mais je n'ai pas trouvé. Bon service de Dan.

I've been using the Ryviu app for over a year now, and after trying several other options, I can confidently say this is the best one out there. I'm working on selling my books on Shopify, but really wanted to import the reviews I had accumulated on Amazon onto my Shopify site. This app was able to do that. It only imports written reviews, not all of the star ratings, but even having some social proof on my store is invaluable. I was having trouble at first and hit the chat button. Selina responded right away and fixed it quickly. She saved me hours of frustration. I highly recommend this app if you have Amazon reviews you want to bring over to your store.

Firstly the integration was smooth and easy, i had a few amendments which i needed and the customer service team was extremely helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend using this app for your online store!

I just started learning Shopify and this was my first attempt at working at Ryviu. In general, Shopify itself is quite understandable for a person who sees it for the first time. Although there are difficulties))) but this is due to insufficient experience. So far I’m very interested and enjoying it. Selina, the support girl very quickly helped me resolve the issue.
