Moving over from Stamped and so far, I like it much better! Also, the developer was very helpful in onboarding - looking forward to using the app more!

I searched for a while and am very glad i found Rapid Reviews. After reading all the other 5 star reviews, reading about the developer (who is very helpful and responsive to questions) and his privacy policy, i felt comfortable trying this app. I am not a developer and setting this up was very easy.

You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more. The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate. If I ever need another app in the future, I’ll definitely check first to see if this developer offers one — that's how good the experience has been.

It is not so easy, to adapt a review system as Rapid Reviews for an other Language as english! We made more than once a mistake, but William could help us very fast and very unsophisticated to bring the Reviews working. Now, we got the review System we ever wanted.

The Shopify App Store can be frustrating at times: some apps look great at first, but when you install them you‘re often confronted with bugs, mediocre code that slows down your store and even worse customer service. And I am not even talking about hidden cost and unrealistic pricing schemes for small stores. Rapid Reviews and especially the developer William are the total opposite: super fast response times to emails, openness for suggestions and - most importantly - a clean app which is tuned for speed and performance. I couldn’t be happier with Rapid Reviews: it does the job at are more than fair price, and most importantly it doesn’t slow down my store. Thank you, William, for providing this gem of an app!

For someone as tech challenged as I am, the app's back end is a bit hard to navigate at first. However, the developer is extremely responsive and helpful, and that makes everything better. I also appreciate that he is only a couple of time zones away - unlike most of the better known review apps, where customer support is scattered all over the world. This makes it much easier to get support when it's needed.
