Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more. The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate. If I ever need another app in the future, I’ll definitely check first to see if this developer offers one — that's how good the experience has been.
