This 1-star review isn’t even about Tapita’s coding ability. When they actually get on a task, they’re good. The 1-star is because when something critical breaks and you’re losing sales in real time, they become impossible to reach in any meaningful way. Their live chat team’s response was basically: “Sorry, I’m trying to find someone,” and that’s where it ends — no ETA, no escalation, no person accountable, no emergency process. Just a dead end while your business bleeds. If you’re charging businesses hundreds of dollars for ongoing maintenance, you need an on-call rotation for emergencies. “We only operate during business hours” is not an acceptable answer when the issue is a broken order submission/checkout flow. When shit hits the fan, they’re nowhere to be found. That’s the problem.

I have only had it installed for one day, but immediately started receiving support- on the free plan trial! Thank you for your help, it is nice to be able to talk to someone and see results before deciding to invest money in an app.

Great app with amazing tech support. They will patiently work with you, to get your site to perfection. Mike helped a lot today with clear instructions and great short videos.

This is a great app! After installing it, it became clear that our store had a high number of critical SEO issues, that Anna and the technical team helped solve over a couple of days. Very friendly and efficient help —and out store now ranks at 98 without any critical errors! Highly recommended!
