I don't typically give reviews but I have to say that I am really enjoying this app so far after using it for almost 2 months! Tiny SEO has been so much easier to use than the previous Seo/Speed Optimizer app that I had been using. Further, the support team's response time to my questions could not be better. Julia in particular has been amazing! Julia goes above and beyond in her response to my questions, providing not only answers but insights as well! I highly recommend the Tiny Seo app especially for newer businesses or those without a whole lot of knowledge on the ins and outs of SEO and Site speed. This is a great app that comes with THE BEST customer service. Most recently Martin helped me and got all of my issues sorted out and even took care of some I didn't know I had. I don't have the experience to mess with some of the things that needed fixing, so Martin logged in as a collaborator to my site and just took care of it. Thanks!!!

Julia is an Absolute Hero – Saved Our Business When We Thought All Was Lost! I can't say enough about the incredible support we received from Julia at TinyIMG. We ran into a nightmare situation where a bulk CSV import went wrong and accidentally disconnected nearly all our product images (over 1.3 GB worth!). We were in full panic mode – our store looked broken, and we had no backups of those original files. It felt like our business was on the brink. That's when Julia stepped in like a true lifesaver. It was 1 AM her time, and she could have easily logged off and gone to bed (she even mentioned she had to wake up early!). Instead, she stayed up, dug into our issue as the lead developer, and personally recovered all our images from TinyIMG's backups.
