Trendsi is the best dropshipping app I've used. It's super easy to sync with Shopify and find products for my store. The customer support is amazing. Joel did helped me with a technical issue, and he was friendly and helpful, also solved my problem quickly. I like how easy it is to use Trendsi and the fantastic support team. Highly recommend it!

The company offers stunning fashionable options for women. Many of the fashions look customizable for those looking to personalize. Love the customer service! Harold helped answer many of my questions about the setup and processes. Moreover, the integration into my store was seamless and super user friendly. I was also able to make layout adjustments and AI edits to the product descriptions. I have a custom layout made by a website designer so I am so glad it works for us. I just wish they offered men's fashions.

I have tried different Dropshipping Apps. Trendsi is the one I enjoy the most. It's easy to sync with Shopify.I love the way it is set up and how easy it is to look for products and send them to the store. Customer support is great. No matter who you talk to, they are always friendly and very helpful. Chette, Dave and Angel were very helpful today with a technical issue I had with my store that affected the syncing of my products with all my 3rd party apps. I am truly excited about having my own store! I was instructed to upload business documents in order to obtain samples, however initially the documents were declined. I expressed my concern and explained my business. Dave reached out immediately to inform me the documents were blurry and to resubmit them. I submitted them 2 am in the morning the next day. I replied to Dave that they were submitted. I received a reply from Raymart within 30 minutes that the documents were received and approved! I was ecstatic!!! The customer service is impeccable. My experience so far has been exceptional. Their customer support is friendly and helpful. Angelo helped me out by answering some questions for me. The samples I've received have been good quality and the sizing appears to be pretty true to size on most of the items. All in all I recommend them, especially as they are one of the few quality drop-shipping companies that doesn't require a monthly fee or impose limits.

So far so good! This app is easy to connect even for a beginner. I got some top-notch support from Dave when I got stuck. This is a definite recommend.

I am new to drop shipping. I set my store up almost 3weeks ago. I was stuck on the shipping part. I spent every penny I had getting my store up and going. Only to find out I did not have my shipping set up and no one could check out. I reached out to my supplier. They kept telling me they couldn't help me that the problem was with Shopify. After hours with Shopify support, many many times, told me it was my suppliers part. I spent hours reading, watching tutorials, googling, reaching out to Shopify "Partners", going to blogs. Nothing & no one could or would help me. I was literally in tears about to give up. Then I decided to try Trendsi. I started getting overwhelmed again but Trendsi customer support is phenomenal!!! Or should I say Joel!!! He took the time to listen to what I was saying was not working. Within 30 mins Joel had me up and running. My shipping is set up and working! Thank you Joel! Best customer support ever, Joel needs a raise!!! As my journey continues I am finding out all of Trendsi customer support team is great!! Harold, & Chette have been great also! I even spoke with Sherwin, aka the founder of Trendsi, on their personal number. I truly have never received customer support like this before! Trendsi found a seller for life!!
