The App is agreat idea, but it is pure pain to implement everything correctly. In the end it didnt work, it messed my my whole currency section, displayed ridiculous prices. nobody from the support could help me/ understand the problem. the support is prompt and really tries its best. They directly come in your shop and try to fix things, but that made everything worse in my case. Because its dealing with very sensitive topics like currencies and dislayed prices, which can only be realtime edited (formatting etc.) be very careful. I lost a lot of money and customers thanks to this app.

Transy är en väldigt bra översättningsapp med många användbara funktioner. Tyvärr är supporten en stor besvikelse. Det känns som att de bara vill bli av med dig utan att anstränga sig för att hjälpa till. De är mer fokuserade på att man lämnar en recension direkt, utan att man faktiskt har använt appen tillräckligt länge för att kunna utvärdera den ordentligt. Supporten borde verkligen förbättras för att matcha appens kvalitet.

I am very disappointed to be honest. 1) We have thousands of products and a lot of them Archived (stopped selling). There is no way how to filter out those products for translation. Only available filter is by translation status. Useless at the beginning. Nor filtration by vendor, tag, anything. So our 5000 products is a big mess Active/Archived mixed and very hard to manage. 2) Metafields translation my god. Again a big mess. No filtration by metafield name or type or anything. Imagine 5000 products with metafields. Its only one big pile of mess with system/apps metafields mixed together. 3) Support not very helpful. Not even able to understand what I was asking about. Maybe I am missing something but this is very hard to work with if you have more than 100 products in my opinion.

Really bad customer service, standaard Copy & paste answers and no one solution for problems. you need to sync everything by your self because auto sync doesn't work, translation is very bad and it take more then 2 hours to get a theme translated and still on 99% after 2 hours.... by no solution we will quit and ask directly for a refund for our wasting time and money. by the way we pay the biggest package and we get this bad service

The app seems quite good and partly functional. However, I'm wasting a lot of time with the customer service, which is very slow. I don't know if I've done something wrong, but I respond instantly to their messages, yet I have to wait 8-9-11 minutes and more. I've been in contact with customer service for over 56 minutes now, and they probably lack sleep, taking micro-naps between each response. If you handle multiple clients at once, I suggest indicating a real waiting time to your customers and treating them one by one, or investing more in the development of your customer service. I hope not to have any more problems with this app because I might have time to run my business into the ground before receiving a solution to my problem. Have a good day and thanks for wasting my time.
