Absolutely the BEST. I am new to shopify, but the autoship feature is extremely important as we have migrated from another platform to shopify. Our business's bread and butter is the autoship for our customer's health supplements and detox tea. My webmaster and I have been able to implement this program beautifully. Tonight, as my webmaster was not available and the question was over my head for our launch tomorrow, their CHAT feature introduced me to Mia who take care of the issue so well! Whew! So grateful. This is an extremely important app and we couldn't be happier.

I have been pretty happy with this application. There was a bit of a learning curve since this was the first "monthly club" I have set up. When I have questions, they are pretty quick and easy to work with via a live chat. I would recommend this application.

This App is a Game-Changer! I can't recommend this app enough. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. But the real star of the show is the amazing support team. They are so helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. Every time I had a question, they were there to guide me through the process, explaining things clearly and patiently. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and their success.

Great app! Despite some issues with integration with our theme, after great and timely support the problem was resolved within minutes and everything works well now. Highly recommend.

Appstle is a feature packed subscription app. There's so many things you can do. For us, we picked the Business plan so that we have access to Build-A-Box, which is a way for you to offer monthly, etc. subscriptions to your customers for any number of products that they get to choose. So, for example, they can choose an energy drink, a granola bar, etc. from a nice-looking UI and they subscribe to these items monthly or whatever cycle you wish. They get to build their subscription. And this feature is very customizable. You can change any text and colors to suit your store's style. NANCY from Appstle helped guide us to set up Build-A-Box to suit our use case. And now it's perfect! We asked her like 100 questions and she patiently, knowledgeably, and professionally answered them all to our satisfaction. She is an asset to her company and deserves a raise and promotion immediately! She even quickly created a screen recording with her voiceover to guide us on how to hide certain things that we don't want on our page while pointing us in the direction to show a button on our product page which will open Build-A-Box. The support team is really great. There were some issues with imported customer subscriptions but after messaging the team they were able to fix it and link everything up for me. The app itself is still unintuitive and it really shouldn't be this much hassle to just get everything going.

The Appstle Subscriptions app is highly versatile and robust, perfectly suited to our growing needs for offering subscriptions to our customers. We switched from Bold Subscriptions to Appstle because Appstle offers more features, has a flat monthly cost, and does not charge commission fees on transactions, unlike Bold. Additionally, Appstle has a fantastic support team that is responsive and always available to assist us with questions or adjustments. They help us identify and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Customer service has been responsive and helpful when I have needed to reach out. Sometimes I am frustrated that I have to reach out to customer service. For example, we recently changed our theme for our website, and the theme did not automatically pull over all of the necessary elements from our customer portal (we were missing the "manage subscriptions" button). This was not a fix I could do on my own - nor was it something that I realized was a problem until a customer reached out, which doesn't help my company's image. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and apps in Shopify, and it is difficult to anticipate how one change might impact other elements. I acknowledge that this is difficult to manage on the tech side - especially among multiple entities, and it is still frustrating as a business owner. Mostly, I think it is a helpful app. Aside from this recent frustration the only other wish that I have for the app is a way to export future orders (knowing that people can always pause or skip), but this function would be helpful in forecasting.
