The app itself has many shortcomings as well as many benefits, but the support team works hard to find a solution to every issue. I only wish the developers would spend more time with the support crew, or at the very least, read through selected transcripts - that way they'd better align resources with what would deliver the biggest benefits to their customers.

Appstle's customer service is impeccable, too. They're quick to answer and will quick to resolve issues, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the very detailed instructions they give you when you need help. Overall, Appstle is the best choice for merchants!

App works perfectly. Can do just about anything you can imagine. It is possible to fully custom code yourself the subscription widget front-end as I have done- no problems there. Support is very helpful and they usually get back to me within 1 minute. They have also enabled multiple paid plan features to my free plan.

This app combination Appstle Subscriptions / Appstle Bundles seems to have a high level of customization and functionality that many of the other ones I've tried do not offer.

Overall, an easy setup and transition from our previous subscription app. The Appstle success engineers did a great job guiding us through setup and migration, so our current subscribers are transitioned seamlessly.
