I had an issue with some reviews that a hired person uploaded (they were not for my products or any vendor that I use). They were positive, but since not accurate, it was dishonest so I wanted them removed. Customer Service was super fast and helpful in getting them removed (I did have to lose all reviews, which was fine. Lesson learned, I'll upload cvs files myself to ensure they are all valid and correct.) But I do love the look of the app on my store! And my customer service experience was great! Thank you so much!

I have to say bigg help from tstutoo in getting my reveiew organized on my product page and getting the trust to be shared across customers, my product is a winer but it's not always easy to see from customer perspective and trusto helps a lot.

Just installed it, and busy playing around with it. Its simple and easy to setup. Looking forward to seeing how it brings more credibility to my store. Thank you. 4 stars for now, will see after it has worked on my store for a while.

I've been working with it for a while now and I have to say, so far I'm really surprised by the possibilities, the layout and the ease with which you can regulate everything. Highly recommended! And not to forget the patience and helpfulness of the helpdesk!

eu usava o trostoo antes e recomendava muito, mas agora tá horrível, tudo bem tirar a importação de comentários porque era bom até demais, mas agora limitar a quantidade de avaliações de todos os produtos para 6 é muito ridículo e desnecessário, até mesmo outros aplicativos mais simples não tem essa limitação ridicula, eu uso o Trostoo desde ano passado e vou desinstalar ele só por causa disso.

So far, I am very satisfied with this solution and am curious to see how it evolves, especially how our customers will perceive it. What we particularly love is that it's possible to display a floating bar on the right side that doesn’t interfere at all but provides direct access for our customers. This not only helps to build trust with our customers but is also really very practical. We also contacted customer support with a question and were immediately assisted. Faith helped us kindly and competently. Thank you once again for the quick support.

La recomiendo en un 100%, es excelente aplicación, muy amigable y facil de usar, y contiene lo que necesitas para tus negocios, son reseñas de calidad. Tambien quisiera destacar que si tienes alguna duda, está el chat de ayuda, puedes enviar y recibir capturas de pantalla que te van guiando y aclarando, en conjunto con ir hablando con la persona encargada del chat, son muy acertivos y amigables. I'd like to change my previous review. The support team was able to fix my issue. I had to come online at midnight to get a live person but it was worth it and they were really good about it. The app needed some custom HTML that I don't know but that they were willing to implement for me
