I haven't been able to use the app for a week. I don't know what happened, the page just won't load. And I didn't find a way to contact support to inform them of the fact. However, when I installed the app, the support was excellent.

Excellent support. The app works well. The app can send follow up emails to customers requesting reviews. The customer service chat is also very helpful for when I had questions.

Gracias, no he tenido la oportunidad de utilizarlo mucho, pero puedo asegurar que la atención que me brindaron por el chat center para ser asesorado fue rápida, muy bien explicado y muy amables... Debo admitir que soy muy quisquilloso con la atención al cliente...
