not working. app widget on the left side cannot be moved, it's not developed yet, not finished, also tried to refresh browser as they advised, didn't help. I beleve 90% of the reviews are just fake (as many on shopify)

Really good. It also support multi-language (I was searching this for days). The support is also very good, I got an issue solved in less than 1 minutes.

I had an issue with some reviews that a hired person uploaded (they were not for my products or any vendor that I use). They were positive, but since not accurate, it was dishonest so I wanted them removed. Customer Service was super fast and helpful in getting them removed (I did have to lose all reviews, which was fine. Lesson learned, I'll upload cvs files myself to ensure they are all valid and correct.) But I do love the look of the app on my store! And my customer service experience was great! Thank you so much!

I have to say bigg help from tstutoo in getting my reveiew organized on my product page and getting the trust to be shared across customers, my product is a winer but it's not always easy to see from customer perspective and trusto helps a lot.
