Wow really functional and customisable. I tried all the subscription apps and this one is the best in my opinion.

Just added the app and so far so good. It was easy to install and set up. The videos are comprehensive if you want to learn how to install subscription rules. Highly recommend

TLDR: You'll save money on app fees but you'll lose customers while spending more time on customer support. App performance: We've had numerous surprise issues (products dropping from subscriptions, charges for shipping within free delivery area, email notices to customers of billing issues that didn't exist.) All of these generate poor customer experiences, exactly the opposite of what we work so @#$* hard to achieve. The logging functions don't capture adequate data for you to figure out what happened so you reach out to... Support: ...which is highly skilled at responding with a question that kicks the can down the road. If I were to guess, their internal performance metrics are focused on ticket response time and not on number of interactions or issue resolution. Easier to respond with canned responses, which can be wildly off the mark, until the customer (you) gives up.

Fantastic support. I had problems as my theme could not add recurring payments memberships to cart. They coded it for me within a day so it all works perfectly fine now. Many thanks!

Only been using a month or so but very impressed. Extremely easy to install and all of the backend admin and automated customer emails are taken care of, whilst being super easy to customise if you wish. Service is also excellent, very quick responses, clear and easy to understand style of communication and friendly. Sometimes running a business can feel like you're just problem solving the whole time, so it feels invaluable when you come across a product or service that simply delivers.

So far its great! Customer service responded quickly and I love that they have a free plan where they get commission per sales. Easy to set up so far and didnt bug with my theme unlike other apps.

The app is great and so is customer support. There is a feature missing that I would love to see included and the team was very responsive to the idea and said they would look into including it. Great experience all around.
