This app has features that make customizing your subscription business easy! It's also affordable and they do not take a percentage of revenue which was a dealbreaker for us with our last app. Good job Seal Subscriptions keep it up!

Their customer service was quick and responsive! While we haven't yet launched our subscription products, the Seal Subscriptions Team were quick to address a small issue we had with certain phrasing of an error our store had run into while testing. I started using Seal Subscriptions with Shopify several months ago and have been pleased with the service. I recently reached out to support with an issue and they responded quickly with a solution - the issue was on my end and was fixed with their response.

I haven't quite used the app yet but the customer service has been fantastic! I know theyre based in europe so I wasn't expecting a response so soon since we are in FL but they responded in minutes and resolved my issue quicker than that! 10/10 thank you seal!

We have found Seal Subscriptions to be a feature-rich app that supports most standard subscription functionalities, along with additional thoughtful features that simplify backend operations. The dynamic customer and order tag management is particularly useful. Since implementing Seal Subscriptions, we have observed a positive increase in sales conversions. We look forward to the addition of crucial features, such as inventory location-based tracking (to accurately skip renewal orders with out-of-stock items) and the ability to exclude certain products from subscriptions or one-time purchases. Enhanced handling of initial subscription orders, ensuring no first-order-specific data carries over to subsequent renewals, would also be beneficial. The support team at Seal Subscriptions is top-notch, responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. We highly recommend Seal Subscriptions to Shopify merchants seeking a sophisticated and stable product subscription solution.

My experience with the API and customer support has been terrible. Peter was initially very slow but did provide the appropriate support in the end. Then I was contacted by Jason. Who seemed nice, offered an upgrade for my troubles and the help I needed. Turns out the upgrade comes with a few strings attached. Like removing this review and replacing with something more favourable.... Id rather keep this review. The application is lacking widget customisation but does offer flexibilityin terms of subscription options. The customer support is absolute garbage.

I have been working with the app for a few months now and it works very well. Although I miss the chat support, the seal team are attentive to the mail and respond super fast. Any doubt I have is solved instantly. Thank you!

I tried out 5-6 different subscription apps for our coffee store. Seal was the most flexible, well thought trough app. Especially their customer service is quick and very helpful even if you have specific requirements they help you to find a solution. And they are always open to roll out new features based on your inputs if it's something useful for all customers. Can recommend 100%.

Great App and absolutely outstanding support! We have tried A LOT of subscription Apps for our new shop, and there is no doubt that the Seal Subscriptions App is the best available. Easy to set up, the perfect amount of options to customize (other Apps have almost none or so many that it's too much), and the App is just working with no issues.
