I think the app is great, it has a nice design and is easy to use. Not too many overloaded settings, just what you really need. I also had contact with customer support, which was first class for my issue! I am completely satisfied!

Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price.

This app is highly recommended to anyone who is starting an online business. The support team is also incredible and very helpful. They even gave me extra tips to customize my store.

Having only just added this app to my store I cannot comment on how well it is working at the moment for me, but the customer service I have received so far from Sam was exceptional I am sure I will be in contact with them again to fix something for me :) once I have had the chance to utilise the app I will update my review.

I've only had the app for less than 10 minutes and I'm already amazed!! Very user friendly! I customized my review button and theme quickly and the support team is very quick to help! Jamie helped me out and she was amazing, but I'm sure they're all super helpful. 10/10 recommend if you're just starting out and building a store while keeping your overhead low.

app is a bit hard to configure , with not so much features as other apps but its free and with very good customer support i got help from Jamie and she did a lot for me and even a custom css and she helped for 3 hours, best customer service ever had, app has much to improve but a lot of potential very satisfied from the app and the customer service and ** Jamie** should get a promote and a raise
