TYDAL offers excellent customer support to assist with any setup or troubleshooting needs. Jamie was great at getting everything set up. Overall a great app so far I really like the look on my site.

Encountered some issues with star reviews being displayed in product collections. Contacted support and within minutes I was connected with Sam. Their support is fantastic but I've gotta say, the layout/style is quite ugly and you can't customise anything to the point of making it look good You can of course custom CSS it but that's a lot of work and the premade CSS themes are really basic, it's a shame because if they had some modern and up to date themes baked into the customisation the app would be much better It's also directly tied to the product, if you want to also have a review slider/testimonial too you need another app just for that

Wow Wow Wow. I was very unhappy with myself because I couldn't figure out how to make this app work. God sent me a patient Angel name Jamie. She was very nice and calm with me. She sent me every notes to help me understand what I needed to do.. After spending almost an hour with me she went in and looked to see what I was doing wrong. I'm telling you never lose Jamie.
