Absolutely fantastic app. Does everything you would want it to and then some. Tried many different review apps over the years but they all failed to provide exactly what I was looking either in terms of customisation or placement or ease of use and functionality, but this app was a breeze and integrates perfectly with my website. It is also worth mentioning that the customer support is absolutely first class. Very quick to respond (even though we are in different countries) and extremely helpful. Walked me through a number of different changes I wanted to make in real time via the chat function so couldn't really ask for more. Very pleased and more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for a review app.

Easy interface and customizable options even on the free plan. Speedy reply to my requests and inquiries via the online chat. Sam was very polite and extremely helpful. They even have a forum where you can make suggestions for improvements. Their customer support is A++ I would highly recommend this app. I hope to upgrade to the premium plan in the near future.

TYDAL is an above-and-beyond app that has customer service that over-performs. I recommend everyone to install this app. Jamie helped me set up custom CSS and without asking she removed the Powered by Tydal branding for free! I could not have asked for anything else!

I am still exploring the app, but an initial quick look seems great. The service by the support team is also amazing and quick.

This app is really, really great! It has the gallery feature I needed, can upload videos, and the customer support team is excellent, especially Sam. He patiently helped me resolve issues, and I'm very grateful to him. I rate this app 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work!

Customer service is great. App it's self is easy to navigate. Only negative thing to say, when looking at reviews that are left on products, it is sometimes frustrating. When you click on one review, it brings up an entirely different review and it is impossible to get to the intended review at times. Other than that glitch that needs working out, great app to have!

This is a good app, but I would suggest you look for reviews to automatically import from Ali Express, and Alibaba. That is crucial. Please think about that ASAP.

Awesome chat support, love the fact that you can directly custom the css of the widget so it can completely match the design of your shop. Documentation is well done. Importing reviews works good but it stays in pending status if you try with more than ~50/100 reviews at once. Must-have features that I didn't find yet : - Translation feature, currently my shop can be in french with english buttons. - HTML editing to customize a bit more the widget. For a free app it's perfect.

The tool didn't look good on my website at first, but Tydal's support was very responsive, and Jamie helped me with everything. She helped me with the code and did some custom UI/UX work like I requested. I hope the feature I requested comes soon, as it can help many ecommerce brands like ours. I wouldn't mind paying for it if the support is just like this and they keep on adding features to it.
