I am new to Shopify and started using Omega Request a Quote. So far so good and the customer service is excellent. I needed a bit of help at the start and Ben was helpful and efficient. All my questions were answered quickly, and I can't wait to launch my website www.furnify.co.uk.

After struggling for weeks and to no avail, to find a way to customize the Privilege theme in order to simply manage to hide the price of a product that is no longer available but still needs to be shown in the store I finally found The App you need for that: O:Request a Quote from Quote Snap. Easy to install with a great help desk that answers pretty much 24/7 and solves your issues while you're asleep. Really impressed by that team. Highly recommended for a very reasonable monthly price!

Within the first week of install, I incurred issues with the app. The most notable and disastrous issue of all was in January 2025. This app was identified by the Shopify Dev team as being the primary reason my website has been ruined. Pictures on the homepage were deleted, now product collections are suddenly gone. Alan N. the developer here was not helpful and unresponsive when I stated what was going on. He didn't bother to respond to my email. Customer support can't fix a developers mistakes.

This application is excellent. It is very easy to use, and there is also a responsive support team that replies within 2 to 3 minutes! Great job.

The app functionality and purpose is one of the best along with the customer service. Lynn was instrumental in facilitating a change with their development team to accommodate fluidity for our Client's website experience. The result of this was great. I installed this to trial but it didn't have all the functionality we needed but seemed like a nice app - used for a few hours and uninstalled but was charged $16.99 - so I'd be careful before using the "free trial" - it isn't free!

I installed this app in seconds - super easy. I had an issue with the price showing so used their 24x7 chat and someone was available within minutes and solved my problem quickly. Excellent customer service - thank you!

Great app, offered the solution we needed. Slight problem with buttons on product and Hana in support was very helpful & resolved the issue for us. Would recommend.

EDIT 1/16/25: Lately, it's been incredibly hit or miss when trying to use this app. I've been getting a lot of 404 errors when I click on the app to edit. The latest is an upstream connect error, which is new to me. I don't even have the option to chat with their support. EDIT 1/21/25: The issue has been resolved, and I can now use the app again. I admit that their tech support has done a fantastic job keeping me up-to-date with any issues I have had, past or present. Thank you to the Omega Team.

This is the best App I have installed on Shopify. Easily customizable/configurable and if you get stuck, the support team is the best resolving the question/issue quickly. This solution is clean and easy to use. It integrates easily with Zappier and Flow to enable the quotes to be viewed with Zoho CRM.
