Mais de nombreux messages imprévus en anglais non paramétrables sont envoyés au client (retour en stock, demande de paiement après ann)ulation) d'autres ne sont pas envoyés (changement de date de livraison. Certaines corrections ont été faites après plusieurs allez et retour avec le support. Mais cela devient lassant, cette application n'était pas finalisée ou débuguée avant sa mise à disposition. Je baisse ma note à 4 étoles. Attention de bien la tester après installation !

The app is exactly what I was looking for. As a small business owner, it helps me prioritize which out of stock items to put into production first and I don't worry about losing sales when an item goes out of stock. My older shopify template had a conflict but the tech support was able to login to my account and fix it for me right away.

I had some issues with activating the app and contacted the support team through the chat. Rosie addressed my issues and now the app is working. All the features that I wanted are now working perfectly. Rosie was patient and very helpful. Thanks.

I have just started using this app, it was very simple to get my products setup for pre order. I made a silly mistake of not activating the app, I thought I had but I had not saved my activation. This created an issue where my out of stock items showed as in stock but there was no preorder option available. I got onto the customer service chat and Rosie very quickly helped me out and got it running perfectly. So far I am very happy with everything I have seen of this app.

Customer service was amazing too, they removed the watermark no questions asked it looks so professional. Further more I have had an issue with the if products filtered it would not show pre-order and pre-order info when added into cart. This was resolved by the developers very quickly. I am very impressed with the app so far. Great work keep it up.

Great app and wonderful customer service. Rosie was a Godsend to get the app set up. I only wish there was an option for Pre-Orders without having to pay until the products are in stock and ship. Other than that, great app!
