great app if it worked correctly. doesn't go with SHOP payments, we would have to go back in and save products because they would randomly, weekly, not show up on pre order so people constantly thought our OOS items were in stock. support is on totally opposite time zone and is not super helpful.

Warning! My team has been using this app for half a year. It recently underwent a baffling internal upgrade that has made ALL pre-sale functions extremely, extremely troublesome!! Setting up a pre-sale used to take maybe ten minutes, now it takes nearly an hour! Think carefully before using this – you'll find it's super troublesome to use! 1. You can only search for previously created pre-sale items by their exact title, and even the correct title might not find it! 2. Search terms trigger the search automatically. If it doesn't find the product, you have to exit the app completely and start all over again! 3. It can create duplicate pre-sale entries for the same SKU, which is incredibly confusing! 4. When selecting a product, you can't even see the SKU of the product you're choosing! It's so frustrating!

Worthless app. I accidentally removed the app and there's no option to retreive the subscribers from the back-in-stock notifications.

Firstly, Globo does not support pre-ordering bundles, which can be a significant limitation for some businesses. Secondly, even though you’re required to use and pay for third-party email services like SendGrid or MailChimp, Globo still charges you per email—despite not being the actual sender. On top of that, any unused email quota from the previous month doesn’t roll over, so you lose what you’ve already paid for. To make matters worse, the user interface is poorly designed. Many buttons are unclear, and you’ll likely need to run manual tests just to figure out what they do. If you reach out to support, be prepared to wait around 12 hours for a confusing response written in broken English. In short, Globo adds unnecessary costs, limits your communication with customers, and provides a frustrating user experience.

The app did not work and support was not helpful, we pushed back our live set time multiple times and it was still not fixed despite being a problem on their end.

bad bad bad, as a system programmer I have to say that this app is not a complete app that give you the alternative to configure a partial payment of total amount. excluding tax and shipping. text label are not relationated to the correct orientation of customers to omit posible mistake. and payments methods are limited. Asking for help to support is not to much confortable because giving them the errors of system they correct it but damage other things in the page and don't give you the confidence of have all as spected.
