Really great experience with this app! The support team is super helpful, especially Rosie. She was with me from the start, helping me test everything in our mock store and even guiding me through the entire setup in our main store. I appreciate how patient and thorough she was. We have been using this app for years and it worked perfectly well. They have recently done an update and it has completely failed us on multiple fronts at our busiest time of year. Overselling pre-order, disappearing notify button (loss of waitlist), changed settings that have impacted display and functionality, and a very confusing and unclear back-end.
