I love that we can provide ease of convenience to our customers by having the returns and exchanges portal. I appreciate being able to modify the written text boxes and linking to our Returns Policy. I would have liked to see more personalization options with the font selections however, but that is not a deal breaker as a merchant.

The app is so user friendly, and already has built in templates for returns that makes the process very easy for a newbie. And I was able to contact the company via chat and they answered very quickly and assisted under a minute.
