Since we started using ParcelPanel Returns, the experience has been excellent! The tool is easy to use, feature-rich, and makes the return process smooth and efficient, saving our team a lot of time. I just downloaded the app and had a lot of questions because I have been looking for an app that also covers international returns. This app does that but I needed to know how and what. Was excited about the app but it has limited features with regards to accepting/rejecting returns of certain items/orders. No option to approve/reject a return based on a tag associated with an order or with a product. We use Shopify to tag orders and products for a variety of reasons. Some of these tags make an order ineligible for return. This app will not accommodate those tags.
