Omnisend has been a good choice for my new brand. I used Klaviyo for a previous brand and I wasn't a fan of the interface or prices. Klaviyo ghosted me once I signed up for their service so that was the last straw for me. Omnisend support has been responsive and helpful. It's pretty easy to set up emails and forms like spin the wheel email capture forms.

UPDATE: While I appreciate that they ultimately refunded my subscription after deleting the app, they did so because of my negative review. I liked the previous app for my SMS correspondence. I found this one hard to navigate and too many hidden costs. It just wasn't for me, you may have a different experience. Very disappointed and feels scammy. After deleting the app, the monthly sms subscription is still active, so be sure to go to your store settings and cancel that subscription. I learned this the hard way and support was not helpful.

Suberb,half cost and suprass, Klayvio in user friendlyness, onboarding technical/customer service. Also push notification is an extra bonus.

Very disappointed and feels scammy. After deleting the app, the monthly sms subscription is still active, so be sure to go to your store settings and cancel that subscription. I learned this the hard way and support was not helpful.

If I could give them no stars I would. Was charged for 3 months on November 5th, 2025, come December 3rd--I cannot send any emails due to an undisclosed error (saving failed, try again). Contacted Omnisend and was gaslit that it was somehow my fault even with trying on two different laptops, three different browsers, and two mobile phones that were not connected to the same wifi network. Support refuses to refund me even though their policy states they will "consider a refund" under specific circumstances: "A customer cannot use the features over the period they have paid for due to a system malfunction and unexpected issues caused by it.". I paid for three months and used less than one. I'm still being charged for the other two months even with uninstalling and closing my account with this company due to this negligent behavior on their part. Don't be me, find a better company to use to manage your email list!

Misleading information to get you upgrading to pro plan! Upon signing up, I was shown the information on their website that I would be getting 6,090 monthly sms with the pro plan. So I signed up to the pro plan (which I also took a screenshot of this information shown on my computer and have proof of this). I, then, sent my first sms campaign to 1,161 contacts and their website showed that my sms credit was already almost used up! I contacted support and was told that the original message with 6,090 monthly sms shown to me was just an estimate though this *estimate* part was never shown or included in their information when I signed up. I'm truly disappointed and feel like I was scammed to use their pro plan.

Had an issue with subscribers in an atypical situation. I explained to Mathias why it was happening. They were amazing in letting me know why it happened and gave me suggestions to prevent the issue from arising again. Great service!

What a joke.. On the shopify site it says pricing is $16 for the Pro version, however when you click on the more details it jumps to $59. However when you start going through the process of signing up, they have the price at $145. TALK ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH

It took a couple of days to resolve the issue, but they gave me all the necessary help I needed. Thank you again to the support team.

Tried every email tool out there... Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Attentive, Privy... YOU NAME IT! Nothing comes close to Omnisend. Hands down the best in my opinion. I'm saving about 30% off the cost of what my Klaviyo bill would be too!

Omnisend is incredible. I've used several email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Seguna, etc) and this one blows them out of the water. Especially for the price, it is super feature packed and their live support is extremely helpful with onboarding.

I had some issues with my sender profiles and DNS and the Omnisend team were brilliant. They guided me through the fix quickly and in simple terms and were able to reassure me that everything was working as expected once the fix was in place. Really enjoying the tool as a whole and building automations couldn't be easier.

VERY Happy So Far! I recently launched my ecommerce store and was on the fence about Omnisend VS. Klaviyo. Everywhere you look online says Klaviyo dominates for ecommerce, especially with segmentation, so I was leaning towards that at first. I ended up installing BOTH and worked with them simultaneously to see for myself before I committed either way. It was extra work, but I'm glad I did it because it was obvious that Klaviyo by comparison is very klunky to use, the interface and navigation is not very intuitive, and it's certainly not user friendly (especially if you're a novice). So I abandoned that and kept on with Omnisend. I successfully set up and integrated all (shopify, unique domains, meta ad account (lead ads forms), tags, segments, automations, emails, sms, etc. etc.). As of 4 days ago I launched and everything is humming along nicely! It was all very easy to navigate and figure out. The tutorials and help articles are spot on. And from what I can see so far, the "granular segmentation" is rather robust. Admittedly my need is not super complex, but from where I sit, Omnisend's capabilities are far from basic or limited. I'm going to start adding push notifications to my automations next. My only 2 critiques are 1. you have to manually integrate Captcha for forms, where Klaviyo has it built in. and 2. The way that splits are affected by trigger changes is not entirely clear (as in, what constitutes "redefining" a split successfully.. do you need to delete and redo? Can you just click "update" on the split?).. there should be a visual cue to help you see if a split is currently impacted (e.g. red shading or checkmark). Perhaps those 2 are something Omnisend can improve on. THAT aside, I'm VERY pleased with my decision to go with Omnisend so far! THANKS Omnisend!
