This app has worked great for us to sell our products on other stores and for us to add other products to our store. It's a little confusing to set up initially, but the support team is responsive and a lot of help.

when i saw some of the reviews saying we send complains and no reply i thought this reminds me with some company which i had very bad experience with , then i looked at the author i was surprised , its the same author , the world is small note: Look at their good reviews, alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll fake , and in a shameful artifical way .

This app is amazing!!! We run a once-a-year Art Show that is a fundraising activity. We use to have online forms and Excel Spreadsheets to capture 100 artists and 400 individual artworks and 1000s of small products - we'd then bulk import and upload into Shopify. Now our artists and makers can create their own accounts, upload their own items, see when their items have sold and we have reduced our workload significantly! Webkul MMP support has been very helpful, the app is easy to use (there are a couple of improvements that could be made, but it's all manageable), and we can hibernate it for most of the year when we're not using it.

NO recomiendo esta aplicación, no existe una buena comunicación con soporte técnico, no hemos usado vuestra App y no la podemos usar porque ahora subieron el precio a $15, pero siguen cobrando el valor de $10 mensualmente aunque no la usamos. Procedo a desinstalar esta aplicación.

Since writing this review someone has reached out to me. They said they have contacted me many times but I didn’t receive any communication until they found me on Instagram, which I appreciate. We are in the middle of resolving issues and answering questions. I am on the lowest price subscription. Which is still expensive for me and my little growing business. Despite sending multiple emails for help I have never received a reply or any support. I just had my first sale using the app and the payment has come to me not the vendor. Not sure how to resolve this for future vendors - it seems you can integrate PayPal API to combat this - I will do so and see how it goes. I’m more concerned the cost breakdown including PayPal and afterpay fees isn’t clear for my vendors. I like the app and I’m glad to be in touch with someone who is helping me so I’m changing my review to 4 stars.

As a newcomer to Webkul, we have found the support to be absolutely first class. Our marketplace is artesial.co.uk and is unusual in many ways, but we have been supported throughout by the Webkul team. Kashgara to name just one of the team has been so helpful and patient - would give 10 stars if we could. The software has so many options and configurations it can seem daunting but it does pretty much everything you would want to get a marketplace up and running so we're delighted with our choice of platform. So I started with Webkul under the Multivendor Market Place and since I have integrated the Webkul Zipcode Validator over the last calendar year. I honestly cannot say how unbelievably helpful and timely these folks are. I am in the US and I often stay up until about midnight to have live chat and active correspondence with them. At times when you own a small business it can feel alone but not with these folks. They really are the real deal. If their programs come close to what you need just try it out and ask them to help you. THEY WILL!

Les doy un 1 porque no es aceptable que, tengo 1 año pagado sobre mi plan de SHOPIFY COMO TAL y por un pago fallido de vuestra aplicación hayáis congelado TODA MI TIENDA. Si no pago vuestra aplicación, tenéis el derecho a congelar o desactivar vuestra aplicación pero NUNCA toda mi tienda que ya tiene 1 año entero pagado y que su funcionamiento no dependa de nada de esta aplicación vuestra. Es inaceptable y una falta de respeto. Si lo hacéis para mostrar que tenéis poder sobre las actividades de otros, quiero probarlos que es una muy mala práctica. Muy seguramente esto no les dirá nada pero NO LO RECOMENDARÉ A NADIE MÁS.

We are currently still implementing our multi-vendor + auction system, and coding integrations to support this. Support chat has been quite useful and helpful so far, although some improvements could be made - for example the API documentation is incomplete, and it would be good if there were a feature to 'lock down' seller accounts to only create auctions. Will update review once we have launched our service and are able to give more complete feedback.

I am on the lowest price subscription. Which is still expensive for me and my little growing business. Despite sending multiple emails for help I have never received a reply or any support. I just had my first sale using the app and the payment has come to me not the vendor. Not sure how to resolve this for future vendors. Would rate much higher if support was active because the app is a good idea.
