I was not allowed to make a 4 star review. They were friendly and kind and a little bit pushy at times. The reason for my 4 starts instead of 5. They kept me on the line insisting that I give them a 5 start review. They abruptly and angrily ended the call when I tried to explain to them why I was giving a 4 star review. Once they hung up on me. The issue that was initially fixed reverted back to the same problem I called in about. This has caused me totfurther reduce the rate to 3 stars. Davinyshka could have gotten a 5 start review had she continued on the line with me
