Very solid app, plenty of free sessions to get good data. I particularly like the features showing how many pages a customer views, if they've viewed collection pages and the importance / potential of each visit. I recommend!

Hi, I would rate you guys a 5... for the free version, you offer much more than other apps out there that do the same thing

I downloaded this app solely for the heatmaps feature, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. When I first tried it, the heatmaps didn’t even load, just a blank white screen. I contacted support and it took them 3 days to respond, which was already a red flag. After some back and forth with their IT team, the issue was finally fixed, but by then, 5 out of the 7 days of the free trial were already gone. I decided to let it run a couple of days to gather some data, but after that, I realized the heatmaps weren’t even tracking product clicks. What’s the point of a heatmap if it doesn’t capture essential user interactions? I reached out again to support to report this, and they basically shrugged it off and refused a refund, saying the trial had expired—even though most of it was wasted waiting for their team to fix the app. Overall, poor customer support and a feature that doesn’t deliver. Not worth your time. I would recommend Lucky Orange.

The support is just awesome, the UI is sleek and clean, and for a starter website their free plan is generous

I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.

App does everything it is supposed to. Comes with a free plan that covers your needs until sales really start to come through. On top of that, support is very helpful and answers quickly. Definitely recommend MIDA to other business owners.

I think it's one of the best app for heatmaps, replays and records. Very intuitive and easy to use. I like the fact that there's a free verision, very usefull if you are a beginner! Also great customer support :)

Just started using the app and it is simple and straightforward. Works directly out of the box. Also excellent customer support from Chloe with personal approach and quick respons. You are amazing Chloe, highly recommended person. Very nice addition would be an AI driven CRO specialist as feature, which gives advices based on the collected user behavior. So something to think about it would really help.

I have been using the Mida app for over a month and am really pleased with it. If you want a Team of developers that does NOT reply fast, Does NOT take pride in their application, and an application that DOES NOT WORK... Then DO NOT GET THIS APP. This team of developers is BY FAR the best out of any that i have worked with. On top of that this app does EXACTLY what its suppose to do, very very efficiently and has provided me with TONS of useful information that i have used to increase my stores conversion rate. Its by far the most useful app i have on my shopify store, being able to see my customers interactions with my website in real time is priceless. I highly recommend this app. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. You have already found the app you need :)
