Just installed MIDA and I’m impressed so far. The platform is easy to navigate, the features look solid, and support has been quick and genuinely helpful.

This app is a disaster. Within MINUTES of installation, MIDA recorded 350+ "sessions" from the USA, Ireland, and other countries - all clearly bot traffic with visits lasting only seconds on single pages or product images. My store normally gets 50-60 visitors per day, but suddenly I had 350+ fake sessions within minutes that: Consumed my entire free 250-session limit immediately with worthless data Destroyed my conversion rate statistics Made all heatmaps and analytics completely useless There is NO bot filtering. The app counts every bot, crawler, and spam visit as a real customer session, making all data meaningless. My actual store statistics are now ruined. For an analytics app, this is unacceptable. If you can't filter bots, you can't provide accurate data. I'm uninstalling immediately and switching to a competitor with proper bot detection. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different app.

Brilliant app, shopify lacks the ability to track customers in real time. but this app is brilliant. Head maps, live recording, geo mapping. Support is also brilliant - prompt, friendly and generous.

Very useful app, i tried others similar but this is the best for recording sessions and use heatmaps. Customer service is fast and effective.

Started using the App few days ago but it has provided a lot of insights on how browsers navigate our website. We're looking forward to using these insights to improve sales conversions. The free version also provides quite a decent amount of recordings.

overall I like it. it lives up to the expectations. Still testing it but so far everything works fine now.
