These guys are super cool. They just don't reply in minutes, but also solve your problem in minutes. I've used 100s of e-commerce tools but never experienced such support. I would rate them 10 out of 5.

Zigpoll offers a wide variety of survey options, easy to set up and get started. We really appreciated the auto translation option, as we offer so many different languages. I really like Zigpoll! It integrates really well with Shopify and lets you create attractive, high-performance surveys that our customers can fill out very quickly. The backend could be designed to be a little more intuitive and fast in a few places, but that's just a minor criticism I have. We are very happy with the app.
