I have changed to Report Pundit. I could not get the numbers to consistently match with Shopify actual. I will miss the AI functionality, however Report pundit human assistant has been excellent. Just some feedback. Thanks

The app itself is great and the support team has been excellent! They’ve been easy to work with when it comes to setting up our custom reports. The app has a simple UX which we love. Desktop and mobile is easy to review reports. Highly recommend the app and the team here!

After being wildly disappointed with Shopify's reporting capabilities, I decided to look for an app we could use to support our needs. Not only are Report Toaster's reports very user friendly, but the customer service is really where you get your money's worth. I am a person who has many questions, and I want to ensure I get the report exactly right before I send it to our team - every time I email, George responds within a half hour at most, and has never not been able to help me. Highly recommend!

The app is a must-have for any shop and adds tons of new features to the built-in Analytics. Also, outstanding support! Highly recommended :)

Fantastic support. Quick response and assistance with custom reports. Easy for the entire team to use. We have used many different reporting apps in the past and I would recommend Report Toaster over all of the others.

FANTASTIC. You can (soon) do LOCKED curated reports with links that google won't be scraped for outside access users to see store info that is updating but won't allow them to access all your records. I have to add the support is fantastic and I requested this feature, by the time I contacted them again they were about a week away from rolling it out. Yes they listen to customer, they respond quickly, and for my issue although they didn't have a tested update out, they offered to custom help me with my issue. YMMV but if they can help you, they will, and quickly. 10/10 enjoy paying for this app, well worth it.

The team at Report Toaster is AMAZING! Their ability to generate custom reports are invaluable to our team. Shopify has decent reporting, but their reports take it to a whole nother level.
