I LOVE THIS APP!!! I was using another replay app and was not to happy with the changes they made. So i tried MIDA just to see if fits my needs a little better, and it did!!!. I haven't had any issues and the 1 time i used the chat feature i got a response immediately. Highly recommend

This app is very helpful - I'm using it to better understand customer flow and conversion after I switched to a new theme. I like the ability to see heatmaps and user replays. I also contacted support and had a helpful rely within minutes. Chloe was great & I appreciated the quick help.

Such a vital tool for all business owners, you need to know how customers are interacting with the site in order to see areas of improvement. Much better then an ordinary recording app as it includes heat maps too! The support team from MIDA are 10/10 as well. The software is very easy to use and does a great job at capturing website visitors movements. The support team are also 10 out of 10 always replying rapidly to my enquiries. Definately worth at the very least giving the app a go.

The customer service is great, they are always there to help. About the app, it's great, you can collect a lot of information about the behavior of customers, which is a lot help to define the strategy for sales.

I'm super happy with MIDA so far and wish I had installed it sooner. The setup is seamless compared to similar apps, and it's already SO helpful for understanding UX. I'll continue using it in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Definitely such an incredible application, if you're expending money in ADS you better use MIDA to have a better perspective of what clients are doing in your website
