I downloaded this app solely for the heatmaps feature, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. When I first tried it, the heatmaps didn’t even load, just a blank white screen. I contacted support and it took them 3 days to respond, which was already a red flag. After some back and forth with their IT team, the issue was finally fixed, but by then, 5 out of the 7 days of the free trial were already gone. I decided to let it run a couple of days to gather some data, but after that, I realized the heatmaps weren’t even tracking product clicks. What’s the point of a heatmap if it doesn’t capture essential user interactions? I reached out again to support to report this, and they basically shrugged it off and refused a refund, saying the trial had expired—even though most of it was wasted waiting for their team to fix the app. Overall, poor customer support and a feature that doesn’t deliver. Not worth your time. I would recommend Lucky Orange.

After unsusbcribe, all my current plan become free plan. 400 sessions and cannot open "heatmap" section
