Much better then an ordinary recording app as it includes heat maps too! The support team from MIDA are 10/10 as well. The software is very easy to use and does a great job at capturing website visitors movements. The support team are also 10 out of 10 always replying rapidly to my enquiries. Definately worth at the very least giving the app a go.

I'm super happy with MIDA so far and wish I had installed it sooner. The setup is seamless compared to similar apps, and it's already SO helpful for understanding UX. I'll continue using it in the future and highly recommend it to others.
