Amazing app! We offer products that require customers to enter their Instagram username in the product fields. Previously, if a customer added an item to their cart but abandoned it before reaching checkout, Shopify wouldn’t save any of their input—so we had no way to follow up. Thanks to this app, we can now record user sessions and see exactly who entered their Instagram handle and added items to the cart, even if they didn’t start the checkout. This allows us to reach out, offer support, and answer any questions they might have had. It’s made a noticeable difference in our conversion rates. Highly recommended!

I've tried a few other apps like this before, but MIDA is by far the one that works best for me. It's super easy to use, and the heatmaps + session replays give me exactly the insights I need to improve my site. I noticed a difference almost right away. Also, big plus for the responsive support team – they’re quick and helpful. Highly recommended!

The app is very intuitive and works well out of the box. We experienced some issues with the display on our session replays but the Mida team was able to help right away. They are super quick to respond and more than willing to help. The reason for 4 stars is that because we're a high traffic site, so the number of sessions for their packages is a bit limiting/can get very expensive. I wish you could sort and filter out certain sessions based on criteria.

Came from trying out another app and one of the most immediate differences was seeing the mouse trail of recorded sessions. I could better understand how users were navigating the page BEFORE they clicked on something. This is huge and gives us more information to act on as we look to update our page.

If you're looking at this app, you'll likely end up needing to pay at least for their $20/mo "Growth" plan to get the features you're looking for. But those features are pretty solid. The replay feature lets you see exactly what your website visitor saw, where their mouse was, and what events happened (clicked links, viewed products, add to cart, etc). It tracks customers across subsequent visits, too. And their support team is excellent. This is the second app from this developer that I have installed, and their support team has always been great to interact with. If I had two critiques to give, it would be: 1. I wish they had a tier equivalent to the "Growth" plan but with fewer sessions per month at a lower cost. For brand new stores like mine, $20/mo is steep. I'd happily pay $10/mo for 1000 sessions instead of 3500. 2. They really ought to have a video demonstration or something showcasing the features on this app store page. It's much more feature-rich than the app store page lets on.
