Stunning customer service to be honest. Messaged during odd hours wasn't expecting to get a reply but hey! Darwin was amazing. Didn't really understand how the app worked as the sessions and billing were a bit confusing but he did take the take to explain and even gave some free sessions to help us out. The app is really helpful, we could easily visualize where are loosing tons and tons of traffic. So much work to do on the site but with this app, you kind have a direction on what to work on instead of guessing about! Good UI and easy to use as well. highly recommend!

I was looking for a simple heatmap but MIDA has delivered a lot more! In only a couple of days i was able to understand more about the behaviour of my clients and make some adaptations on my website which I will fastly be able to see results thanks to the montly recorded sessions. Also, my next step would be to look for an app to make surveys but MIDA also does that, so another thing checked on my to do list. Would definetly recommed!

Their responses have been quick and helpful. Their development team seems to do pretty good as well. I mostly use for the replays, which generally seem ok, though, sometimes I know who made a purchase but the IP address is on the other side of the country (Canada) or even in USA, which doesn't make sense to me. It's good overall value.

Mida Heatmap is a great app, but what really made the difference for me was the support from Chloe. She went above and beyond to guide me through setup and explain how to actually use the data to improve my store. Everything was clear, friendly, and fast — I felt supported the whole way. Well, as a long time developer myself, this app feels like magic, and makes me wonder how they do it. The replays works wonderfully the tagging by relevance is very well executed. The pricing and features feels a bit game-y tough, I would simplify it.
