The software is very easy to use and does a great job at capturing website visitors movements. The support team are also 10 out of 10 always replying rapidly to my enquiries. Definately worth at the very least giving the app a go.

This is a great app with a fantastic workflow. The recording are instantly there on your dashboard and its great for keeping track and analysing consumer behaviour to optimise your conversion rate further. Definitely a must have.

So far, I LOVE this app. The ease of setting it up and customer service is great. I feel like a super secret spy in my own business (cue 007 music). I have another heat map on my other business site and what I like about this one is that it keeps tracks of repeat visitors by number (for me I'm #1-so I'll know when the map is link to me making tweaks on my site). and whose added to cart and their journey that moves them through my funnel and what stops them. I check this app a few times a day and think about how to make my site better for the customer experience and journey.
